Machine is increased wall frame thickness 20mm to machine stabilization during heavy duty production.
Automatic Stop when empty core - protect machine roller run with empty core
Auto stop when mother roll finished - reduce waste whereby new film can joint together easily continue run with previous balance roll length setting . At same time protect machine run without film at metal roller.
With above smart automation,the non-skilled operator required for the machine,one operator can run 3 machines at the same time!it save the labor cost a lot.

It adopts premium quality LCD monitor device,PLC programable logic controller,speed contorl by inverter.
It is very ideal of rewinding stretch film,and PE cling film,PVC cling film too.
