Brief Introduction:

Ideal for all kind of paper sliting rewinding, include craft paper, photo copy paper, bond paper, etc. It also good for slitting the anti-corrosive tape, Metal glass, heat preservation tape etc. High precision cutting, hi speed, auto tension control csystem, no noise during production.



1. Unwindinr roll section:
A, 76mm dia(subject by buyer final requirment) shaft with air tighten, mobile auto correction of deviation
B. Tension contol: 200N. M magnet powder brake system, adjustable device can make the material in the same level of tension.
Mobile unwinding base, can auto correction of deviation/error and move whole base.
C. Deviation: Air-sensitive
D. Material loading: Auto loading by air cylinder.

2. Main body section
A. Base, protection wall, guiding roller, impressing rollers, trasition roller, adjusted roller, ratory knife, Pwer device etc.
Guiding roller, impressing roller, convery system fulfil driving, convery to deliver the material roll, adopts 120dia anti-scratch alumina roller. To fulfil eternal tension.

3. Rewind section:
2 units rewinding shafts with air tighten system. 76mm dia(subject by buyer final requirement)
Tension control system: 100N. M magnetic powder clutch, 2 sets.
Auto counting system, when length reach the pre set data, machine auto stop.

Power: 7.5kw frequency motor,
Waste edge: Air blower, 0.55kw motor for waste edge blowing
