Low Price Automatic 4 Shaft film Slitting Winding Machine is very efficient model for high speed slit jumbo roll of stretch film into small roll.
This model is with new design for 4 shaft of rewinding station,each two shafts work as a pair,when the 2 shaft is finished the work,the machine will automatic change into the next pair of 2 shaft rewinding station.By this unique design,the production rate will be improved at about 30-50% than the conventional model.
Machine is very simple for operator,it is completed with PLC smart moduel coordinate with LCD touch screen for One-Press only for produciton,the operator only needs to input the data as per requires.
This model is able to slit&reiwnd for stretch film hand roll,banding stretch wrap,bundling stretch film roll etc.It is also can slit the PVC wire portection film too.
