It is used to produce a series of paper tube, including fireworks tube, rolls of cloth core, electricity aluminium core, cotton core, fax paper core, preservative film core, toilet paper core and so on.

1. Adopting imported PLC logic control system and single electricity control box, the speed of mainframe is adjusted by transducer which can save 30% electricity than by common electromagnetic.
2. The control circuit adopts intergrated mother with insert and pull terminal connection, every terminal has function instruction. It is more intuitional, convenient and scientific to be used, repaired and preserved.
3. Adopting international disply 304L so as to monitor and amend the running data of machine. There are dozens of functions in machine interior, including produce opertation, condition surveillance, parameter establishment, obstacle information and so on.
4. Having wireless remote-control manipulator, it can control machine start up or stop and running speed with 100 meters.
5. It is an idea machine with high precision of pneumatic cutting head, using impoted blade to cutting quick can quickly return, because of return-alleviator cutting station. And it can adjust cutting location precise, improve incision smooth and beautiful.
6. It's a super silence design (national patent), tight convey frame, high efficiency, low maintaince.
7. Adopting two-side gluing, single stainless glue solt, imported polyurethane drawknife, the intensity of paper core that produce by this machine ID better than single face traditional machine.
8. It has the long-distance remote control function and is equiped with our factory special communication tools and monitor software. Users can use computer to monitor the condition of machine running at office or other place.
