Automatic Prestretch rewinder with oscillated&hemmed edge is designed for the conversion of Prestretched stretch film products with less operator need. Machine can be supplied by different width from 600mm (24") to 1000mm (40")
It is for the conversion of master rolls of stretch film into prestretched rolls up to 300mm in diameter on a designed of different core diameters,1.5/2/3'' etc.
This machine features automatic core loading, film attachment to paper core, rewinding to set length and film cut off and automatic removal from the machine to deliver to the receiving system.
