Semi Automatic coreless cling film rewinding machine is specially designed for rewinding of jumbo roll of cling film(PE cling film/PVC cling film) into smaller diameter of hand roll without paper core.
The specially designed pneumatic air shaft can release the air after the film roll rewinding directly on the shaft, the finished roll is coreless with very smooth quality, the inside of the roll is very smooth and neat too.
The coreless roll has the very advantage to compare with the cored roll:
The weight of product is reduced while doing hand wrapping.
The weight and space is reduced when shipping
The warehouse storage space is reduced for smaller product
The environment friendly when not using the paper core
The storage cost is lower when paper core is not been used
