Product Description

Pre-stretch rewinding machine to slit the mother roll into several hand roll/machine roll with pre stretch purpose. It also can rewind the mother roll into one hand roll/machine roll with pre stretch purpose while the knives system not been used.
By buyer request, It is an option to make pre stretch fluffy/hard roll, machine build with guide rail/roller system to make the rewind roll with lower tension to be soft/fluffy to avoid the damage of the roll while fall down on ground.
By speed ratio pre-stretching of roller guiding, it can slit and rewind the jumbo roll can be to hand rolls by different width. According to the difference of the speed ratio, it can result difference kind pre-stretching need, this is a way to make the stretch film more economical for longer in length.
It can stretch the film to 100%, 150%, 200% up to 300% for the total length from the unwind mother roll.
This model of machine can multi functional work as standard stretch film slitter rewinder.
