Semi automatic pre-stretch film slitting&rewinding machine to slit the mother roll into several hand roll/machine roll with pre stretch purpose.It also can rewind the mother roll into one hand roll/machine roll with pre stretch purpose while the knives system not been used.
By buyer request,It is an option to make pre stretch fluffy or hard/machine roll,it was built with guide rail/roller system to make the rewind roll with lower tension to be soft/fluffy to avoid the damage of the roll while fall down on ground.
By speed ratio pre-stretching of roller guiding,it can slit and rewind the jumbo roll to hand rolls by different width. According to the different speed ratio, it can result different kind of pre-stretching need,this is a way to make the stretch film more economical for longer in total length.
It can stretch the film to 100%,150%,200% up to 300% for the total length from the unwind mother roll.
