This machine is programmable logic controller,LCD display for touch screen free hand operation.ideal for mass production. A non-skilled operator is required. One operator can operate three machines. 
Speed Adjustted by Frequency inverter changer controlled motor. 
The designed speed at 1000meters per minute,or at 1500meters perminute for the two different models as per buyer' requirement. 
It is free tension during rewinding,it will not cause any stretching.
