Multi-function Auto Pre-stretched Edge Folded Film Rewinder Machinery is Patsons Group latest technology for new updated model for specially designed for automatically rewinding jumbo roll of stretch film into pre-stretch sub roll with desired pre-stretch ratio.
From different setting of pretretch ratio,it results different ratio of pre-stretch rewinding.
Machine is able to optional add on the folding edge/hemmed edge on the both side of prestretched sub roll to enhance the finished prestretched roll strength,it can avoid the sub roll to be easy tear off,and meanwhile is avoid damage when fall down on the ground.
It is an option to be oscillating rewinding to make the loose sub roll by much bigger diameter,wider in width,then when with folding edge to not cause the folding edge will be hard.it is an additonal parts,it can switch off when to do the pre stretch roll rewinding without folding edge.
The oscillating is able to switch off as This is to make our machine to be multi-purpose when rewinding standard stretch film roll,and PVC cling film roll.
Machine builds via HMI program device,LCD touch screen,speed adjusted by Inverter.Very ideal for the non-skilled operator to operate the machine.
