Fully Automatic Pre Stretch Film Rewinding Machinery is designed for pre stretching rewinding of parent roll of stretch into smaller diameter hand stretch film and machine hand roll.
By pre stretching roller system, the jumbo film roll can be elongated to different length(100-300%) due to different speed ratio of the pre stretching setting system by buyer different request.
The machine is built with PLC man-machine interface communication program control,touch screen operation.machine is user friendly for the new operator.
Inverter control motor control motor to adjust the speed with maximum 650m/min
Automatic paper core changing to improve the prodcution more efficient.
Machine passed the CE certificate,RoHs Certificate for pass safety pass,environment friendly.
