Easy to operate automatic pre stretch film winder is designed for automatically rewinding jumbo roll of stretch film into pre-stretch sub roll with certain pre stretch ratio.
By the different setting of pre-stretch ratio,it will result different ratio of pre-stretch purpose of rewinding.
Machine is able to optional add on the folding edge/hemmed edge on the both side of pre stretch sub roll to avoid the sub roll damage when fall down on the ground.
Machine is able to be oscillating rewinding to make the loose sub roll by much bigger diameter,wider in width,then when with folding edge to not cause the folding edge will be hard.it is an additonal parts,it can switch off when to do the pre stretch roll rewinding without folding edge.
The oscillating is able to switch off as This is to make our machine to be multi-purpose when rewinding standard stretch film roll,and PVC cling film roll.
Machine completes building by PLC program controlling,Inverter controlling motor with HMI to operate by full color of touch screen for ergonomics user friendly,it is self-diagnosis if any error appears.Very ideal for the non-skilled operator to start the machine.
Machine is designed to be multi-functional to be as automaticallly rewinding of standard stretch film for LLDPE,polythene/polyethylene PE stretch film into small size of sub roll.
