 Machine adopts Siemens PLC  HMI for programmer to control system,include LCD color  touch screen, all the automation working condition are displayed on the  LCD for very simple operation.

 The main motor adoptsSiemens   inverter motor, and frequency inverter control.

 Machine designed with automatic chain loading system for jumbo roll with individual motor control

 All the rollers have been precise dynamic static balance treated

 Machine design with end mark line marking  system, printing the color line at the end of paper rolls to alarm to replace paper roll.

 Machine designed with cycle knife  cutting system and with automatic wastage edge trimming system.

 It adopts auto tension for adjust the tension to contol the roll tight or loosen as buyer option

 It adopts wastage collection system with fan to blow the waste to side of the machine to collect.

 With precise automatic meter counter wheel,   when it reach seting length, the machine automatic stop.
