Product Description
Automatic Stretch Film Rewinder machine is upgraded model from the Italy automatic rewinding machine, we have improved to better than the Italy machine. It is much practical and cost effective at acceptable price.
Machine built with Auto loading paper core, 5 shafts automatic exchanging for rewinding, for the short length rewinding under 600meters, the speed is double than other machine as the rapid changing of paper core. Auto warning when no paper core. User friendly setting for the rewinding length.
Machine is used for rapid rewinding for stretch wrap, and cling wrap.
With the special designed press roller to drive off the air inside of the roll. The machine can be optional to result the transparent sub roll.
The control is of Touch Screen consists of "PLC+ transducer+ signal switch ". The main electrical components of premium quality are imported. The performance of the machine is very stable and reliable.
The LCD panel is ergonomically design for user friendly for operation and easy for maintenance. It can be set as fully automatic, semi automatic and manual model.
It is Ideal for production of both cast film, blown film of Stretch Wrap, Cling Wrap, PVC food cling film roll, and PE stretch food wrap film roll.
